Joely

is our Practice Manager and COO (Chief Operating Officer). She joined our team in March of 2001. She first worked as a Certified Paraoptometric Assistant, then the Contact Lens Tech and now leads our great staff of professionals. She is a former military dependent and has lived many places, but has been in the area since 1984. She is a wife and mother of 3. In her free time she likes to read, but her passion is travel – she and her husband want to see the world!

Kelly

joined the Clarke team in July of 2014 as our Compliance Officer. She attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University and graduated with a degree in Health Information Management. She has been working in that field for over 25 years. Kelly has been married for over 30 years and has two children.

“I take very seriously my duties to protect this practice and our patient’s sensitive health information. We have very high standards at Clarke and we’re always striving to improve.”

Gabrielle "Gabby"

is the Patient Relations Lead team member. She joined us in November 2023 and has 2 cats. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys iced coffee and a good book!

Alexandra "Allie"

joined the Clarke team in July of 2022 as a part of our Patient Relations team. She is the oldest sibling of 4. She has one son and three dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family. She loves painting, music, photography, reading, and anything having to do with the ocean.

Valentina

joined the Clarke Patient Relations team in December 2023. She works remotely from Argentina, supporting the team with organization, communication, and a positive attitude. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature, writing, and slow mornings with coffee and music.

"I enjoy making each patient feel heard and supported — even through a screen. It’s meaningful to know I help create a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone."

Sydney

joined our Patient Relations team in January of 2024. She's a sushi loving mom to a gaggle of four kids so she's always pretty busy! She loves all types of music and dancing.

Liz

joined the Clarke team in Patient Relations in April of 2025. She is a cat mom and enjoys various different fiber arts like crochet, sewing, and knitting. Come see her and you'll always get a glimpse of her latest nail creations, too!

Giovanah

joined the Clarke team in Patient Relations in June of 2026. She was born in Del Rio, Texas but was raised in Wichita Falls.  She is the youngest sibling of 6 and has one son. Giovanah enjoys playing games and having dinner with her family & going to the movies with her son! She also loves watching a good tv series or reading a good long book!

joined the Patient Relations team in August of 2026. She is a fan of crisp autumn air, thriving houseplants, and a great punchline. When not at work, she's likely outside enjoying the cooler months or hanging out with her four dogs and wonderful husband.

Crystal

is an ABO Certified Optician and Optical Manager, who joined the Clarke Eyecare team in 2007.  She took a break in 2015 to grow her family and has been back with the practice since 2020. Crystal uses her passion for patient care to build our team to be their best! She adores her husband and daughters. Crystal also loves coaching her two soccer teams, enjoys baking, and spending time with her family.

"What I love most about being an optician is that I get to enjoy the fashion side of framestyling while understanding the science that goes into making ophthalmic lenses."

Ashley

joined our team in April of 2018 and proudly serves as our Lead Optician.  She’s been happily married since 2012 and together with her husband since 2005. They have an adorable son, Zeke, and share their home with several beloved dogs while also fostering dogs with special needs. She loves all things retro and can thrift like a pro!

“I love helping people be able to see, especially first time glasses wearers. When I’m able to help someone pick out the most perfect frame that they love, I feel like can actually make a difference and I love it!”

joined the Clarke EyeCare team as an Optician in May of 2020. She moved back to Wichita falls in 2018, married her best friend, and started her biggest adventure - becoming a mom! In her free time, she enjoys exploring her creative side and spending time with family, friends, and her beloved rescue cats.

is an Optician with 17 years experience and she joined the Clarke EyeCare team in January of 2022. Born and raised in Burkburnett, she graduated from Burkburnett High School and Midwestern State University. She married her high school sweetheart, raised 3 sons, and is blessed with a growing family of precious grandchildren! She treasures time with family and friends and enjoys showing her love through cooking and baking.

joined the team as our Quality Control Lab Technician in October of 2024. Warner is a full-time college student with a passion for music and video games, always exploring creativity both in and out of the classroom.

joined the Clarke team in January of 2023 as a part of our Patient Relations team, but she is now excelling as one of our Contact Lens Technicians and Quality Coordinator. She is a family oriented person who loves spending time with her husband and two daughters!

Rebecca

joined the Clarke EyeCare team in 2022 as a Certified Paraoptometric and Specialty Contact Lens Technician. She enjoys helping patients find personalized vision solutions and building genuine connections along the way. Outside of work, Rebecca is a photographer, a passion she has pursued for more than 10 years. Her greatest priority, however, is her family and her children. She loves making memories with them, trying new things, and investing in experiences and time together.

is a Certified Paraoptometric Assistant and our Contact Lens Study Coordinator. She has learned to wear many hats at Clarke since she joined the team way back in August 2011! She has an amazing son, Lawson, and spent 5 years in the Marine Corps so her work ethic is strong. She enjoys learning new things and looks forward to the challenges that await the next day!

is a local of Wichita Falls. Priscilla started with Clarke EyeCare in June 2021 and is now our Lead Paraoptometric Tech. She loves spending time with her family, especially her younger sisters, and enjoys relaxing with a good TV show in her free time.

joined the Clarke team in June of 2024 as a Paraoptometric Tech. She is a from Holliday, TX. In September 2023 she got married to her amazing husband and moved to Wichita Falls where they have a daughter and 3 fur babies. Her Hobbies include: Reading lots of books, baking cookies, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

joined the Clarke team in March of 2025 as a Paraoptometric Tech. She was born and raised here in Wichita Falls and has two dogs that she loves so much!

"Every day is different and I appreciate the balance of hands on training, direct patient interaction, and the opportunity to work closely with my co-workers as a team."

joined the Clarke team as a Paraoptometric in June of 2026. She is a military spouse, and through her husband's service, she has had the opportunity to experience new places, meet new people, and make memories along the way! In her free time, Halie enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their cat, Binx! A fun fact about Halie is that she is a twin!.

The people I get to work with and the opportunity to learn something new every day. I enjoy being able to help patients and seeing how the different things I have learned come together to provide them with the best care possible!

is from Runaway Bay Texas and joined the Clarke team as a Paraoptometric in June of 2026. She is currently studying Radiology at Midwestern State University. Outside of work Hannah enjoys spending time with family, her fiancé, and her three fur babies Oakley, Nola, and Otis. She loves movies and tv shows, and being at her happy place on the beach.

I love getting to interact with patients and making them feel comfortable and welcomed. I also love learning new things everyday and being apart of an amazing team.
