Contact Lens Wearers

Contact lenses are regulated by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration). This list contains the manufacturer recommended use and FDA approved wear time for the lenses that we most commonly fit.

Not everyone can sleep in lenses successfully. Risk of serious eye problems (i.e., corneal ulcer) is greater for extended wear. In rare cases, loss of vision may result. Ask your eye care practitioner if you’re a candidate for successful overnight wear before sleeping in any brand of contact lenses. It is our policy to not fit minors (up to age 18) in extended wear lenses for the intended purpose of overnight wear.
